Beautiful property in an area that is undergoing transition so there are areas within walking distance that are somewhat run down. If you enjoy older historic houses I couldn’t recommend this more. Be prepared to walk some stairs as it is an older home but worth the effort. Everything that needed to be modernized has been. Very interesting area. If you’re looking for a cookie cutter house this is not it. Only 2 things not perfect. Parking is somewhat difficult and limited especially for a house this size. Check in at 4 and check out at 11 is in my opinion a little late and a little early.

Lovely restored property! The only glitch was at check-in. When I arrived, the door keypad battery was dead and we had to wait for someone to come and assess the situation and change batteries. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

This house was so cool! It had so much character and it accommodated our large group very comfortably. We all loved it and it made our stay in Cincinnati memorable and fun. The walking distance to the free trolley was a huge plus! The owner was responsive and super helpful. They even door dashed us toilet paper when we were running low. Great house and great customer service. And did I remember to mention how cool this place was? Definitely stay here!
