Greatest option for my daughter who was apartment hunting! We were able to have a great place in a great location for an extended timeframe! Great hosts!

Property management allowed us to check in an hour early, which was appreciated. The location is great for getting around the Downtown and Mt. Adams/Eden Park areas.The staircase leading to the unit is narrow, steep and irregular. It could be challenging for older guests to enter or leave. The condition of the property and cleanliness were a little lacking. There was visible dirt and hair on the kitchen floor. A stained towel was folded and hanging in the bathroom. The chair cushions on the balcony were covered in dirt and dust. The structure of the balcony is quite old and likely needs some updating to remain safe for use. This rental is all about location. If you are looking for a nice, well-maintained unit, keep looking. We will not be returning to this VRBO location.

Our host Chris was excellent with his communication before and after booking, answering any questions I had. He also sent very detailed directions and instructions along with a long list of favorite places to eat in Cincinnati and Mount Adams. We enjoyed the deck and warm blankets in the evening. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans and nice appliances.

A little bit of misty smell when I got there. Maybe a plug in air freshener?. Got used to it. Had a great time.

We were in town for a Reds game but wanted to stay in the Mt Adams neighborhood and this spot was PERFECT! Easy walk to/from (up hill, but not far) the game, easy walk to all of the Mt. Adams bars, restaurants and cafes. The fact it neighbors Eden Park is an even bigger plus! Inside the unit was super comfortable, quiet and very clean. We will definitely return the next time we're in Cincinnati!
