Cozy 1BR with Parking | Near UC, Zoo, Downtown

Great experience! Positive: From the beginning of booking the apartment, the staff was very flexible and accommodating to us. It was very clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to do, Including the zoo, aquarium, and the conservatory. We had lots of space and comfortable bed and pillows, which were very clean. It was a great and convenient option. Negative: The only inconvenience we encountered is that the building is on a boiler system, so we didn't have control of the heat. This was not a problem for us since we traveled in May. The apartment had a great air conditioner that kept the whole apartment cold.

The apartment itself was great. I had to sweep the floors when we first arrived as there was large pieces of dirt/debris in the hallway and kitchen area. Otherwise it appeared to be clean. The people above us made an excessive amount of noise the first night in the middle of the night, approx 3 am. The bedroom was very warm. As there is only a small window unit in the living space, and the temp outside was so high it made it difficult for the unit to cool the entire space. We were unable to park in the designated parking area on Saturday evening. We had to park on the street. I do appreciate the communication with the renters.
