Zango: Explore OTR/Downtown from a Renovated Condo

As long as you recognize you are in an urban neighborhood and are okay with everything that comes along with it, it’s a Positive: The condo was adorable! A lovely space, comfortable with everything you need. They had a load of Starbucks coffee, extra toilet paper, lots of trash bags, a huge laundry room/closet with full size washer and dryer,all the necessities for basic cooking. Perfect location for UC, and all the sports Cincy has to offer. It’s very close to the soccer stadium and a little over a mile to Nippert Field. It is steps from Reingiest Brewery, Findlay Market and tons of shops and restaurants. The decorating is clean and modern with exposed brick. The rooftop terrace was nice as well. The building was secure and I felt very safe in the condo, as I was traveling alone. There was a fan in the bedroom in addition to the ceiling fan which I LOVED! And a sound machine in the pantry if needed☺️ Negative: The lack of parking and the club directly across the street. I parked in the suggested garage which was $40 not $20 and had to walk a couple blocks with my suitcase. Not a problem for me but could be for someone else. It was VERY loud until 3:30 am. Lots of yelling and loud music. I personally didn’t mind because I wore noise cancelling AirPods but I could still hear yelling. Some new insulated windows may help quite a bit with the noise. The code to the main door was on the combination lockbox, so anyone with half a brain could get in. You may want to remove the lockbox unless it’s necessary. And maybe have the main door lock automatically without having to push a button-if that’s even possible. I still felt safe regardless. Also, there were no towels out. I found them in the dryer though. A few more towels would be nice and a sturdier bed frame.

Nice, clean, convenient once in. Might add tissues, more than one wash cloth. Most importantly, the upper half's of windows would close completely, the loud local nightlife and traffic keeps you up until 2-3 AM. I’d give five stars if the noise control is addressed.

This rental is in a great spot. The free trolly is right outside the door so we parked and then never used our car. The unit was clean and well stocked and the manager was great. I would totally recommend!!

Communication with Christopher was mostly easy. The lift was gorgeous, well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, modern, full kitchen, and absolutely stunning! It was right by a tram stop, literally next door to Cincinnati’s best brewery, Rhinegeist, shops and restaurants. Easy check in, an elevator, huge windows, high ceilings, comfortable bed, perfect lighting, near affordable parking lot. We were even walking distance to a jazz club. Christopher checked in with us after our first night to make sure we enjoyed our sleep. A perfect experience and we will most definitely stay here again on future visits to my hometown. Great value for the money. This is what ALL vacation rentals should be. Thank you, Suss Lofts!

Absolutely amazing stay. What a great time and perfect location, right next to a phenomenal brewery and Findlay Market. If you’re going to stay in Cincinnati, stay here!
