Huge Parkside Retreat Downtown-Private Roof Decks

Property was listed as a huge house, but turned out to be a building with several apartment like living quarters. Upon our arrival a total of five door entry codes were sent indicating five separate entrances. One of the apartments was super small, had no bathroom sink and no kitchen table, causing me to shave and brush my teeth using the kitchen sink. We had a total of 10 adult men in our group and although the listing said “sleeps up to 16”, luckily we brought 3 blow up beds with us. Overall, the property was clean, but the listing needs to be more accurate.

Love the location. Easy to walk to food / Reds game. Lots of outdoor spaces.

If you are going to Cincinnati for either a baseball game or a football game… It is about a 15 minute walk to both locations…. This is a great place to stay. If you have a large group is there are five bedrooms four bathrooms and multiple floors… The communication from the management was an excellent moment. I booked the property until after I left great follow up great follow-through!

This is a great property- especially for large families or groups. Great location with lots within walking distance or access to the trolley. I would suggest a few things to make it even better: kitchen towels, dresser on the top floor bedroom and some of the deck furniture wasn’t functional. Overall great place and host was very responsive to all my questions.
